Frequently Asked Questions

I just ordered a shirt, when will it arrive?

Most orders ship within 3 business days or less of being placed. Then you should add shipping times on top of that, which varies based on the order destination. We're sending orders from the US where shipping speeds are around 3 business days, and up to 10 business days for the rest of the world.

 

What types of payment does Snapdex Store accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

 

I messed up my shipping address and/or size! Can I change it?

It depends how quickly you let us know about it. If this happens, contact us as soon as you can and we'll try to take care of it.

 

What's your refund/exchange policy?

If there's something wrong with your order (wrong size, color or shirt is defective), contact us and we’ll be happy take care of it or give you a refund.

 

Can I order other colors or products?

Current selection is based on popular demand but we do sell other products and colors, just contact us and we'll do our best to make your wish come true.
